Nadine found shared ownership opened the doors to her aspirations of homeownership. Privately renting was not an option for Nadine. She wanted her home to offer security and stability – without the underlying fear of her home being taken away.
I wanted somewhere where I had control
With plans to buy more shared in the future, and the security Nadine desired, it’s easy to see why shared ownership was the ideal step for Nadine to truly be in control.
Nadine’s new home suited her down to the ground! Still being close to her family home and having all the design aspects she really wanted (especially the kitchen)!
