Iveldale Drive offered ten beautiful two, three and four bedroom homes – a development consisting only of shared ownership properties. After being awarded a Community Award by Shefford Town Council for ‘the sympathetic development of Sekaran Close’, we are delighted to be nominated for Best Small Development.
